No! Those aren't Manneries! In order to let my #1 lady know that I have empathy as well as sympathy I now where this man-traption around all of the time. I've outgrown all of my clothes but now I too can relate to my wife in this area. There's never a bad time to get a new man-dress. Even if you haven't outgrown the old man-dress.
